Linksys Velop Solid Red Light

Hello i am running a velop with one parent node and 3 child.

I factory reset my cable modem unplugged it plugged it back in then factory reset each velop node and went back through setup. So far i have tried the underneath wired node setups but with the same solid red light and no internet as a result. It has been working perfectly for a couple of years. The velop system is composed of nodes.
